Tsuyama Castle Town Gozen (reservation required) with Tsuyama’s specialties such as Sosuri nabe, dried meat, and boiled vegetables can be prepared for dinner.
The meat is carefully selected Nagi Wagyu beef of A4 to A5 rank, dried meat made by the hotel’s artisans using a secret recipe, exposed to sunlight and natural breezes, and weather and daylight hours, and the stew is also made with luxurious Nagi Wagyu beef.
Sakushu Gozen, Nagi Wagyu steak, Nagi Wagyu hamburger steak, etc. are also popular.
